Our Story

Network Datacom Solutions was founded in 2009 in Houston Texas. By building a team with an average of 10+ years of solid industry experience and a passion of Customer Service and Quality Workmanship we have been able to create a solid foundation of competencies and confidence in our business. With the evolution of technologies, our model to proactively expand and build on our experience, and a dedication to the needs of our customers, NDS has emerged into a single company to design, implement, and maintain your business's network infrastructure.

Ryan Wilkins, President of Network Datacom Solutions has over 23 years of industry experience. His strive for quality and the highest customer satisfaction levels have allowed NDS to continue its growth pattern and broaden the services we provide.

Colin Young, VICE PRESIDENT
Colin Young VICE PRESIDENT

Colin Young came to NDS in 2014 as Operations Manager and promoted to Vice President in 2021. He has over 10 years of experience in project management and service management in the telecommunications industry. Colin strives to achieve the highest level of quality and continues to achieve some of the highest customer satisfaction levels from our customers. Colin has a wide range of expertise but his specialties range reside within the Audio/Visual, Unified Communications and CCTV projects.

Leah Gibson, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Leah Gibson was brought on to NDS in 2015 as the CFO. Prior to joining NDS, she served as Project Manager, Project Controls, and most recently VP of Services of the Americas at an global communications company from 2007-2015. Her years of experience leading customers through complex infrastructure projects, leading teams through comprehensive service offerings, and then leading the business to achieve top quality, service, and efficiencies gives her the edge. Leah graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
